Do I need to be home during the service?
Nope. We just need access to the yard and any gates left unlocked. Most of our customers aren't home when we come by. You get an "on my way" text before we arrive and a job-completed email with photos when we're done, and we always double-check the gate on our way out.
Is there a contract?
No contracts, ever. Our customers stay because they like the service, not because they're locked in. Pause or cancel anytime.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
If you're not satisfied in your first 30 days, we'll cancel and refund the unused portion. No questions asked.
Do you offer anything for new customers?

How often can you come?
Weekly is the most popular and it's what our pricing is built around. We also do twice-weekly, every-other-week, and one-time cleanups on request, and we set up custom schedules for HOAs and apartment communities.
Does the price change based on my dog's size or breed?
No. Pricing is based on how many dogs you have, not their size or breed.
What if my yard hasn't been cleaned in a while?
That's very common and it's no problem. If a yard needs extra time to catch up, we'll quote it up front, never after the fact.
What if my dog is in the yard?
Usually that's fine, we're used to working around dogs. If your dog is aggressive or protective of their space, just let us know and we'll arrange for them to be inside.
